The Columbia Threadneedle managed fund - Columbia Threadneedle European Sustainable Infrastructure Fund (ESIF), a €1bn infrastructure fund targeting European investments, owns 66.67% of the shares in Lefdal Mine Datacenter. The fund's GP in Luxembourg, Sackville (CTESIF) GP S.a.r.l, is managed by Threadneedle Portfolio Services Limited in the UK, an entity wholly owned by Columbia Threadneedle/Ameriprise Group.
ESIF is an open-ended, evergreen infrastructure fund that invests in European mid-market equity assets, managed by leading global asset management firm Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Columbia Threadneedle manages investments for individual investors, financial advisers, and wealth managers, as well as institutions such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and endowments & foundations.
