Lefdal Mine Data Centers (LMD) is a leading DC operator specializing in high-density workloads. We provide the full end-to-end experience from technical design and capacity planning to construction and operational services, including infrastructure, physical security, and smart-hands services.

Sustainability is at the core of our vision. We recognize our responsibility to protect the environment, minimize our ecological footprint, and contribute positively to the communities and ecosystems surrounding our operations.

Our environmental policy is built on the following principles:

1. Promote Sustainability: We leverage the natural advantages of our underground location, such as energy-efficient cooling and resource conservation, and explore opportunities for circularity and new technologies.

2. Minimize Environmental Impact: We identify, monitor, and mitigate the environmental aspects of our operations, including energy consumption, waste generation, and emissions.

3. Compliance and regulatory requirements: We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and other obligations relevant to our operations.

4. Continuous Improvement: We regularly evaluate and enhance our Environmental Management System to improve performance, adapt to emerging challenges, and align with our environmental objectives.

5. Employee engagement: We engage and train our employees to understand and fulfil their environmental responsibilities.

6. Stakeholder communication: We maintain open communication with stakeholders about our environmental performance and initiatives.

This Environmental Policy serves as the foundation of our Environmental Management System and is available to all employees, relevant stakeholders and interested parties. This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure its continued suitability and effectiveness.
